School Access to Emergency Epinephrine Act Introduced in Senate

After passing in the House, Food Allergy Research and Education (FARE) reports the School Access to Emergency Epinephrine Act has been introduced in the Senate.

The FARE announcement states:

Today we move one step closer to passing the School Access to Emergency Epinephrine Act. The bill has been introduced in the Senate! We hope that one day, every school in the nation is stocked with epinephrine, and we look forward to approval of this legislation so that it can be signed into law by the President. Thank you to Sens. Richard Durbin (D-Ill.) and Mark Kirk (R-Ill.) for their support! We’ll provide more details soon on how you can help advocate for this important bill!
