Divvies, a member of the SnackSafely.com Manufacturer Partnership, has issued the following recall regarding undeclared milk in their Benjamint Crunch Chocolate bars which are listed in both the Safe Snack Guide and Allergence product screening service.

Divvies, LLC Conducts Voluntary Recall of Benjamint Crunch Chocolate Bars Due to Undeclared Milk In The Mint

Divvies announced today a voluntary recall of its Benjamint Crunch Chocolate bars due to possible undeclared milk in the peppermint used in the bars. The recall is limited solely to the Benjamint Crunch Bars that were sold online through the Divvies website. This recall will impact approximately 140 consumers.
The product being recalled is the following:

Benjamint Chocolate Bars 8550011001389 Feb 22, 2018 – May 18, 2018

This issue was discovered through routine testing of ingredients. There have been no consumer complaints regarding this product. Divvies is reaching out to each consumer who has received the product via phone or email to alert them of this situation.
This recall is being conducted with the knowledge of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Consumers with questions or concerns should contact the company at 844-434-8843 M-F.
