Six That Save Lives: An Anaphylaxis Primer

-

Our friends at Allergic Living have published a terrific graphic for Food Allergy Awareness Week entitled: “Six That Save Lives”. The graphic, shown here, displays six important things to remember should you or someone you are with experience signs of anaphylaxis, a serious (sometimes fatal) allergic reaction.

Click on the graphic to download the flyer from the Allergic Living site, print it out, and keep it close at hand. Remember, time is of the essence with anaphylaxis, so familiarize yourself with the signs and know what to do should the need ever arise.

And if you or a loved one has food allergies, remember your epinephrine auto-injectors: Take 2 along everywhere, every time!

  1. I am intrested in obtaining copies o f the poster shown here. I work in a out patient hospital with all ages. We now have a grandson with peanut and all nuts allergy. So I feel I would be a good advocate for this issue. Please advise me. Thank you for your attention. Mary Boatwright
