The 2019 State Honor Roll of Asthma and Allergy Policies for Schools ranks the states with the best public policies for people with asthma, food allergies, anaphylaxis and related allergic diseases in US elementary, middle and high schools.
The report determines how each of the 50 states and the District of Columbia measure against 23 key metrics that affect people with asthma and allergies in schools. States attain honor roll status when they implement 18 or more of the 23 core policies associated with medication and treatment, awareness, and school environment.
