Dr Ruchi Gupta is a Professor of Pediatrics at the Feinberg School of Medicine and Director of the Institute for Public Health and Medicine – Center for Food Allergy & Asthma.
The podcast addresses the theories behind the development of food allergies including the Hygiene Hypothesis and the timing of food exposure in children and post-infection immune system recalibration in adults.
